Store Policy:

Thank you for choosing our beauty products and hair services! We aim to provide you with the best possible experience, and to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase and services. Please take note the following store policies.

 

Returns and Refunds:

  • We offer returns and refunds for products within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. 

  • Refunds for services are subject to the discretion of the stylist and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Appointments:

  • Appointments for hair services must be booked in advanced to ensure availability.

  • please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. 

Cancellations:

  • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Product Usage:

  • Please follow the instructions provided with each product for optimal results.

  • Consult with a stylist or professional before using any new products on your hair to avoid any potential damage.

Privacy Policy: 

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.

Customer Feedback:

  • We welcome feedback from our customers and clients to help us improve our products and services. Please feel free to share your thoughts and suggestions with us.

Children under the age of 13 MUST be supervised by an adult. All items must be returned in their original condition. Items that show signs of damage or use will be refused. Please email for return instructions.

ORDERS: Orders that have been shipped is handled with care. Any orders that are returned must have the tag attached and all items must be in shaped and shipped in its original form. 

For all beauty products there will not be any returns. Because beauty products and cosmetics requires touch and opening we are unable to accept returns.
